Gregory S. St. Clair, Sr.
Managing Principal

Greg St.Clair is the Founder and Managing Principal for SunStone Management Resources. He has over 24 years of leadership experience, assisting healthcare providers with reimbursement and regulatory solutions. Greg has gained national recognition for his resolution of compliance issues with healthcare attorneys, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Office of Inspector General, Fiscal Intermediary and Part B Carrier enforcement agencies, and various Medicaid programs.

  • Recognized nationally for compliance solutions.
  • Assisted hundreds of providers with HCPCS coding and billing strategies on how to proactively minimize government compliance exposure.
  • Assisted hundreds of providers with compliance analyses, quantification and settlement strategies regarding ongoing compliance initiatives, or in response to governmental initiatives.
  • Worked with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Program Integrity to establish a voluntary disclosure program for Pennsylvania providers. The program, including both underpayments and overpayments, is still in operation today.
  • Initiated and led the technical analysis for 36 of the initial 116 Hospital Laboratories involved in the first “operation bad bundle” case initiated by the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
  • Recognized as one of the top “40 under 40” executives in central Pennsylvania.
  • National Director of Health Care Regulatory Services at one of the Big Five accounting and consulting firms. Responsible for establishing and leading the firm’s Part B compliance services and resources in this division.

After work, Greg enjoys coaching and training young athletes. He and his family are active with various Food Banks, and the American Cancer Society’s “Strides for Breast Cancer” initiative.

F. Nicholas Jacobs
International Director

Nick is a proven leader, with over 20 years in healthcare, education, and research management. He has created five successful corporations, both not for profit and for profit, so he has considerable knowledge of business development, marketing and entrepreneurial activities, plus expertise in political liaison networking.

Nick specializes in

The future. He is a highly recognized expert in the transition of new science into translational medicine. He has spent the past decade and a half preparing for the amelioration of the upcoming economic and medical challenges that healthcare is currently facing.

John Denniston, M.A.
Senior Manager

John is responsible for managing SunStone’s Transfer DRG review services. He has advised and assisted dozens of hospitals and health systems around the country with reimbursement and compliance reviews along with ongoing process improvement.
